Why Multifamily Development?
Since 2020, Florida has been the fastest-growing state in the nation, with its population rising 8.25%—an average of 375,000 new residents each year, far outpacing housing supply. The state is projected to add more than 250,000 households annually through 2030, while vacancy remains below 6% and rents have climbed nearly 37% since 2020. With a current shortfall of over 400,000 housing units, the need for multifamily development is clear.

Target states include Florida, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. These are all markets that have attractive attributes such as favorable business regulations, low tax rates, affordable real estate, and warm climate.
