Lorraine Flats is a planned 360-unit multifamily community in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Designed with lifestyle and modern convenience in mind, the project will feature a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool with cabanas, pickleball courts, a dog park, and large retention ponds serving as both stormwater infrastructure and community focal points. Additional features include covered garages and lush landscaping throughout the property. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2028.
